Perched on the top floor of a sleek, modern building, the lounge offers panoramic views of the vibrant surroundings. The facility features two cutting-edge TruGolf Apogee Golf & Multi-Sport Simulators, a curated bespoke bar and pro shop, custom club fitting, professional golf instruction, and a separate Putt Park designed for both fun and skill-building.

Project Scope: Provided design consultation for the Putt Park, golf simulator bays, and overall facility layout. Conducted financial modeling for instruction, club fitting and sales, Putt Park operations, and simulator suites. Developed dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue opportunities. Managed equipment requirements and procurement, coordinated installation, and supported marketing planning efforts.
