50 Oaks Golf, Grill and Chill is in Shingle Springs, CA and is owned and operated by the Shingle Springs Band of Miwak Indians. Working with renowned golf architect, Forrest Richardson, the available property will be transformed into a 9-hole golf course with an optional 4-hole loop, a large putting green, a family putt-putt center, a community clubhouse with an adjacent 2-level, 56 bay driving range. The Golf Center will provide additional revenue and activities for the tribe and their gaming and hospitality facilities.
