The 4,200,000m2 Terras de Sao Jose is located in the town of Itu, 40 minutes outside of Sao Paulo, Brazil. In addition to an 18-hole golf course and over 950 residential lots plus other amenities including equestrian, tennis, clubhouse, bars, a school, and more, resides the only Nicklaus Academy in South America. The project based at the Terras de Sao Jose II subdivision entailed designing a new academy building to include all of its technologies, studio lights, training aids, and decor. A redesign of an existing driving range and practice areas were included in the overall scope of the project.
